About the program

What is included in the program?

Your program begins with a 45 minute consultation with Erin, to review your medical eligibility and create your personalized plan. You will receive monthly medication and supplies for weekly injections, delivered to your home or kept at the clinic for privacy.

The program also includes two 30 minute sessions with Megan, the Registered Dietitian, two 30 minute exercise coaching sessions with Cat, the Personal Trainer, and 15 minute monthly check ins with the medical team, with additional nutrition and training support available as needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer both semaglutide and tirzepatide from a compounded pharmacy. Your dose will start low and may increase to meet your needs.

  • We offer our comprehensive membership at $580/month with a 6 month minimum. After that, you may chose to continue with or without dietary and exercise coaching for a reduced cost.

  • GLP-1 medications work by suppression of appetite and feeling full faster. They have also been shown to decrease food 'chatter' and cravings. In micro-dosing, patients generally do not feel some of the side effects that other patients do on high doses (nausea, bloating) and do not experience muscle wasting because of the slow, gradual weight loss.

  • Our micro-dosing approach is to help you build healthy habits to maintain even while off medications. Our goal is that you lose up to 15 lbs and then maintain your weight.

  • No, insurance will not cover micro-dosing, but if you fit criteria, you may be eligible for HSA/FSA coverage.

  • If you are generally in good health and are committed to healthy eating habits and exercise, yes. We have a satisfaction guarantee at the end of the 6 month program.
